From the Crew tab, tap Add a Foreman and invite them by email or text. They’ll get a link to join your organization, and you can see and resend any invite that’s still pending from that same screen.

Yes. Voice notes, batch ticket photos, and cylinder captures all save to the app first, so you can keep working with no connection at all. As soon as you’re back online, everything you captured syncs automatically in the background — no need to redo anything or manually resend.

Snap a photo of the batch ticket and our AI reads it and fills in the details for you — mix ID, yardage, slump, timing, and design PSI. You just confirm the fields look right (or fix anything it missed) and save.

Every cylinder set you cast gets its 7-day and 28-day break dates tracked automatically. Sets that are due or overdue show up right on your home screen so nothing gets missed, and once a lab report comes back you photograph it and confirm the results the same way as a batch ticket.

Go to Settings → Daily Report to turn it on or off and set what time it sends. Push notifications in general (report-ready alerts, approvals, and more) are managed right above that, under Settings → Notifications.

Subscriptions are billed and managed through our billing partner, Stripe — not through the App Store. From Settings → Billing, tap Manage Plan to open your billing portal, where you can update your plan or cancel at any time. Only the account Owner can manage billing.

In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account and confirm — it’s deleted immediately, no waiting. If you’re the only Owner on your organization, this also deletes your organization and all of its data; if others share your organization, they keep that data and it stays active. You can also email us and we’ll delete it for you within 30 days.
